about.
This project was carried out in a school setting, completely independently.
The client was Compagnon, a police family created by Juliette Duhé, Léa Pradine, Valentin Papon, Chloé Lozano, Sébastien Riollier, aimed at an audience of designers or professionals who regularly use typefaces, as it is the creation of a specimen, that is to say, an object created to present and showcase a typeface.
challenge.
The idea was to build a story around a man seeking inspiration to write a short story. He draws his ideas from the various fonts of Compagnon, which are extremely varied. The goal was to celebrate the diversity of this typeface, to illustrate it and put it forward in a creative and free context.

results.
To successfully carry out this project, I primarily used InDesign and Procreate (for the illustrations).
This project, although conducted in an academic setting, allowed me to discover layout, editing, and to use InDesign in a more traditional way.
I was notably able to develop a love for paper and editorial creation, which will serve me in future professional projects.
